When you place an order we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• for delivery orders, your delivery address and pincode, and any delivery instructions you add and, only if you choose “Use my current location”, the GPS coordinates your device shares so our rider can find you;
• your order details: items, quantities, totals, fulfilment choice and order status;
• payment information such as the payment status, transaction reference and amount. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with the payment provider, not with us, and we do not store them.

Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

• To prepare, deliver or hand over your order and contact you about it.
• To take payment, confirm it, and process cancellations and refunds.
• To send order confirmations and status updates by email.
• To respond to questions and complaints.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, keep our records, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by PhonePe, a third-party payment provider. When you pay, you are taken through PhonePe's payment flow and your payment details are processed under PhonePe's own terms and privacy practices. We receive only the outcome of the payment (for example paid or failed), a transaction reference and the amount.

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• the payment provider, to process your payment and any refund;
• service providers that host our website and database and send our emails, who act on our behalf;
• our kitchen and delivery staff, who see what they need to prepare and deliver your order;
• authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

We use your email address to send messages about your order, such as confirmation and updates. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to order data. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to handle your order, resolve disputes and refunds, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise the information.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate details, or delete your information where we are not required to keep it. Some information must be kept for a period for accounting or legal reasons. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The website stores your cart in your browser so it is still there when you return. We do not use it for advertising.
