Delivery Policy

We currently deliver only to pincodes 518001 and 518002. If your address is in another pincode, the website will not accept the order for delivery. We may add areas in future and will update this page when we do.

Our delivery fee is currently ₹0. The total shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or offers, is what you pay. If the fee changes in future, you will see it before you pay.

• Delivery times shown or quoted are estimates, not guarantees.
• Actual time depends on how long your food takes to prepare, how many orders we have, traffic, weather, and other factors outside our control.
• You can follow your order status on the order page after you place it.

• Enter a complete delivery address, with landmark if helpful, and a phone number that will be answered.
• Please be available to receive your order at the time of delivery.

• Our delivery person will try to call you on the number you provided.
• If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, or the address is incorrect or incomplete so that we cannot find it, we may have to cancel the delivery. Because the food has already been prepared, such orders may not be refundable.
• If you realise you made a mistake in the address, contact us immediately; we will try to help but cannot always change an order already on its way.

If we are unable to deliver your order because of a problem on our side, or it arrives damaged or spoiled, we will refund or remake it as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where pickup is offered, you can choose it at checkout, and the pickup details shown on the website at that time apply.
